At Specsnex, we strive to deliver your eyewear as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with reputed national couriers to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Locations

We deliver to over 20,000+ pin codes across India.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only fulfill orders within the domestic territory of India.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): While shipping is free, a nominal convenience fee may apply to COD orders to cover additional handling by our logistics partners. This will be visible at checkout.

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Transit Time:

    • Metros: 2–4 business days.

    • Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

    • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: Dispatch may be slightly delayed during public holidays or promotional events.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and complete address to ensure smooth delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Your eyewear is inspected for quality before being packed in secure, branded packaging.

  • If the outer packaging appears heavily damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and report it to us immediately.

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video. In the rare event that the product inside is damaged, this video will help us process your replacement or refund swiftly.
