7-Day Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders. This applies to single purchases.

Promotional & Sale Items

Orders placed under promotional offers or sale prices are only exchangeable (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

Eligibility Criteria

For a return or exchange to be approved, the product must:

• Show no signs of wear, scratches, damage, or misuse

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

If courier pickup is unavailable in your area, please ship the product to our office address. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item. Provided it is returned in its original unused condition with all tags intact, we will process your exchange or refund promptly. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange if the product does not meet our inspection standards.
